We also block P2P, and we have also seen a huge uptick in Netflix, it =
easily represents more than %25 of our average traffic. Flash and HTTP are =
the next 2 and usually represent about %20 each.

Side note, we've noticed recently (since patch 4.x) that blizzard patching =
no longer gets classified as just raw bittorrent and is safe from our =
rules.=20

Are you able to see what specifically is using so much more (is it one =
type of traffic) ?
do you have an increase in your user count or is that static?
Caveat emptor: we block P2P (except for Blizzard updates)
We have had significant increase in bandwidth, particularly streaming =
media, and a growing Netflix component.
Our wired user count has been fairly static but our wireless user counts =
are [still] steadily increasing, even adjusting for increased coverage. =
Mobile devices are the largest component.
