Microsoft updated Forefront Client Security to Forefront Endpoint Protection
(FEP). To centrally manage FEP, one needs SCCM which requires its own
license and CALs. Since we don't have SCCM, this is a major issue for us.
On an unrelated related note, we watched a Symantec Webinar about deploying
Windows 7 with Ghost/Altiris. They are pushing those running Ghost Solution
Suite to upgrade to Altiris. My gut feeling is that Ghost is on its way out.
Maybe we can look at SCCM to replace GSS.
