We are very pleased with it for on-site configuration assistance. We promote it using a dedicated 'domain-help' open SSID (private address space, dns directed landing page)

Subject: Experience with Cloudpath XpressConnect
We are considering purchasing XpressConnect to ease the task of connecting to our wireless network, particularly for students but also for employees, while they are on campus or even before they arrive. We would also use it to deploy the Bradford agent.
If you have used this product, how do you like it? What kinds of problems do you run into? If a computer’s wireless is having trouble, how often does a re-run of XpressConnect fix it?
Any and all feedback appreciated, on or off list!
Thanks,
Anne
