We use Altiris to manage our classroom and lab computers. It will
certainly power up machines, but it does much more than that. We use
it to image machines and deploy updates, as well. If you're really
just looking to power up machines, then there are programs you can use
which will send the wake on lan packet to wake them. There used to be
one called "Magic Packet", but I don't know if it's still out there.
