We use Trend Micro's OfficeScan product. By "we" I mean that's what the
university has a site license for. Our repair center is not installing
it anymore because it tends to break Windows... we switched to Microsoft
Security Essentials earlier this month and haven't looked back.
My personal opinion: avoid any Trend Micro product at any cost. Their
support is basically non-existent. To top it off, we had a conference
call with one of their support engineers and the sales guy and instead
of offering solutions to our problems, they wanted to sell us an upgrade
to a newer, "better" product that would magically make all of our issues
go away. Yeah, right.
