Hello there,
This is a suggestion/question/mini-flame.
I got the Lan Workplace software installed on my PC over a month ago.
Unfortunately I don't know how to use any of it other than telnet. I
have tried using the programs, and either they do not work, or I
completely do not know how to use them. My suggestion is that RCC
tell the people for whom they are installing the software firstly the
basics of how to use the software, and secondly where to find further
documentation. I understand that it is not the RCC's job to teach me
how to use the software, but a pointer in the right direction would
certainly be helpful.I am completely clueless, about where to find
things, and how to look for them. I am sure that I am not alone.
Even clueless users need support. Perhaps another suggestion is a
minicourse on the Lan Workplace software, and perhaps a publication to
be sold in graphic arts. Please get back to me on this.
