The sooner the stuff arrives, the better. We will be setting up Friday as people arrive and continuing to replentish throughout the Symposium. In past years people have waited until a week or two before and run into shipping problems, so we recommend people send there stuff in as soon as possible. The Buffalo folks are ready for it.
Yes, you can bring the stuff with you, but make sure you notify the check-in folks that you have doc fair stuff, so we can be sure to get your stuff displayed.
