Hello, Anne.
First, I don't think that your question is outside the scope of resnet.
At the University of Delaware, we have no special policies for students
with special needs other than complying with the ADA. We have
special equipment and software, mostly for students with sight and
hearing loss. I'd be happy to share what we have with you, if you'd
like.
