PC drivers for AppleTalk

The University of the South has very few non-Macintosh computers, and we
have live LocalTalk connections in all student rooms. We know we can
purchase an LocalTalk card from Farallon which, when istalled in a PC,
gives the PC limited access to our LocalTalk network. What we want is the
software which when add to the PC with the Farallon card and software will
give the PC the ability to use Telnet, FTP, and Eudora for Windows. Does
anyone out there know what we need?
