Cable TV costs

We are intending to put cable TV in all of our residence hall suites, one
connection per suite. Since we are such a small institution, our only
reasonable option is to contract with our local cable TV vendor, Jones
Intercable, to intall the connections. If we contract for "basic" service
only, Jones pays for the installations, and the contract is for five years,
what is a reasonable cost per month per connection? Jones provides about 30
channels for its basic service.
