Cooperative Computer Purchase Programs with Vendors

I am interested in getting some information about cooperative programs
that any of you may have with computer vendors. We are interested in
setting up a program for student purchases of computers through one or
two specific vendors. I would appreciate any information you may be able
to forward to me.
In addition are many of your bookstores selling college standard software
(in our case WordPerfect for Windows 6.1) and how were the stores set up?
