We have found that most big vendors (Microsoft, WordPerfect,
Claris) really mean that the software must be INSTALLED on
a University-owned computer (= our file server). The fact
that students access the servers from personally owned
computers seems fine, as long as we do something about
copy metering and protecting against piracy. (We use
KeyServer.)
