I would like to know how people deal with the issue of printer security
when the printers are networked to users running jobs from
their room connections (vs. cluster machines).
Are the printers available 24 hours a day in public rooms?
If not, are they locked up and available only certain hours?
Who's responsible for the key?
What about printed material? Are students responsible for
bursting out their own jobs? Has anyone had to deal with issues
of academic integrity arising out of students having access to
other students' written work?
Mail can be posted to the list or sent directly to me. Thanks for
your help.
