We moved to Ringdale with Xerox MFPs last September and it has been a
big upgrade from Equitrac and Konica. We do not use Ringdale's charging
system so I can't speak to that, instead we wrote Perl scripts that
import Ringdale color copy/print reports and it generates reports we
send over Student Financial Services.

There were bumps along the way that we needed to iron out but both
Ringdale and Xerox have been great to deal with. We are the heaviest
users of Ringdale's mobile print solution (that student's mostly use) so
there were growing pains but it is pretty stable now.
