As I recall Polderbits did more than just create DVD's, but for CD/DVD
authoring we use InfraRecorder.
If you have the standalone installer from Microsoft Essentials it didn't
change from last year to when they pulled it in January. It will still
install and run in Windows 10. Though doing so with unsupported software
will depend on your software security policy.
