PS4 IP Ban?

Evidently one of our students did something egregious enough to warrant an
IP ban from Sony/PlayStation Networks. Given we are a relatively small
college, and all of our traffic has one public IP, so this ban now affects
the entire campus. I have been on the phone with PSN support who has told
me to contact our ISP and "run a virus scan on our system". They also
suggested that I get a new IP address. Our ISP of course has not received
any notification, and changing our public IP is not an option. Has anyone
successfully dealt with this or do any of the larger schools have a
non-level 1 contact for Sony or PSN?
