You should likely involve your legal counsel on what is enforceable.

We had some International students using some Wi-Fi VoIP phones. We proposed a web based disclaimer agreement but, at that time, our counsel said it would not be legally binding.

Subject: How to enforce a mandatory student handbook acknowledgement

Hi All,

Does anyone out there have a policy that requires students to acknowledge that they have read the student handbook (or some other such material) AND have a mechanism in place that can track compliance, so that it can be enforced?

If so, I would love to hear what that looks like and how it works.

Cheers,
Shawn
