Compromised alumni do still have to take the BlackBoard course. They don't have to come in to do so as they can do it from home. I did forget to mention one other crucial change we made that help reduce the number of compromised accounts. We started requiring annual password changes for all accounts. This obviously helps reduce the number of compromised accounts especially from the big breaches/password dumps that appear time to time.
