We have a digital inventory system and a ticketing system, so tracking who
has what is done with those two systems. We do not have a terms sign off
page. We do not allow students to sign out equipment. We only sign out
equipment to employees. Employees can sign out and let students use, but
it is the employee's responsibility. If something is damaged, stolen etc,
it is up to the employee's department to reimburse us. We typically have
them buy us a replacement.
