We don't have a dress code beyond some reasonable expectations that others
have outlined. We tell them to use their judgement and it works pretty
well.
Our help desk is primarily students serving students, so keeping it casual
helps with setting the tone.
We're in the area of tech startup land, and that also kind of sets the tone
for how people dress for work (if you've seen HBO's Silicon Valley, that's
a good example).
