Hi Rick,
I do, and will copy below the information on the other products we looked
at and/or tested. Good luck on your journey!
*Extron Sharelink 200N* - one of our team members had experience with this
at his previous organization, and so we did not pursue it based on his
negative experience, even though we are moving *to* Extron AV controller
solutions in our classrooms (moving away from Crestron).
*Extron InFocus Lite Show* - considered but did not pursue; requires
MirrorOp app for iOS & Android
*Kramer VIA* - VIA ConnectPro for smaller spaces; VIA Collage for
auditoriums & conf. rooms; Skype integration - VIA Campus runs on a Win10
computer - did offer a free trial unit any time we want it - Webex to show
VIA Collage 4/7 --> did not look promising (complicated, demo did not
perform well) - $2995 VIA *Campus; $995 ConnectPRO
*Christie Brio *- demo Enterprise unit; did not get it working after 2
attempts to register in ClearPass, could not connect or see it on network;
too complicated to set up and use, not at all portable; very loud fan
noise; rack-type form factor, more for larger spaces? more
touch-interactive focus
*AirServer* - this is used now with Apple TVs & iPads, with the same issues
everyone else complains about (not scalable, not cross-platform) - "technology
not fully developed"
*Splashtop Inc. Mirroring360* - similar experience to AirServer, clunky in
practice; offers mirroring assist to bypass historical vlan issue.
Educational and bulk discount for 20 or more licenses. Not optimal.
Intermittent issues in our experience with faculty using it in class.
*wePresent WiPG-2000* - considered but did not pursue
