We've just switched over to CrashPlan from many years of using Carbonite.
We like CrashPlan so far and would recommend against Carbonite.
The biggest hurdle for us was mass deployment, but CrashPlan worked with us
to get us what we needed. We have it set so that after install, they just
log in with their ACU AD credentials and they are set. We are 8 months in
and have not regretted the decision.
