Has anyone else experienced an intermittent problem with Surface Books usin=
g Windows 10 and Office 2016. At random intervals, Outlook will not open o=
n startup, it will just hang at the Processing... splash screen. Starting =
Outlook in safe mode will fix the problem in the interim, but it will come =
back after another random interval. Have verified there are no Outlook add=
-ins running, removed and rebuilt Outlook profiles, repaired/reinstalled Of=
fice installation, all to no avail. We have other desktops and laptops run=
ning the same Windows/Office version combinations, and those are unaffected=
thus far. At this point we have roughly 6-8 Surface Books that have exper=
ienced this issue at one time or another, with them being a combination of =
both imaged and individually scratch built.
