We have been researching Windows wireless imaging with Microsoft SCCM. You cannot PXE boot due to the lack of wireless drivers in the client firmware.
You can USB boot, though. The best solution we are developing used Windows 10 Recovery Environment. It is a "cousin" to WinPE, but includes the Wi-Fi drivers. For our chosen NIC, we also needed to add a virtual driver from Windows 10 to resolve dependencies.
A good intro to WinRE wireless is at https://winpeguy.wordpress.com/2015/07/30/winpe-wireless-support-in-winre-10/ . This support can be scripted to automatically connect to an SSID.
I believe you can image Apple Macs over wireless too.

How do you PXE boot your lab/office computers to re-image them? Is there a way to do that over wireless?
