I took each students picture and then created a business card template (vert=
ical) with their name and ID'd them as a helpdesk or IT tech, printed them o=
n business card stock using an inkjet printer. Then I put them into luggage=
tag laminate pouches and ran them through the laminator. The luggage tags h=
ave a hole that I used to attach to a lanyard so they could wear them around=
their necks when they came to work. the lanyards had our student staff nam=
e on them and a cute design.
since we only hired twice a year, I only had to spend time making the badges=
for the new people. Once I created the template, I just had to replace pic=
tures and names to create the new badges. =20
Thanks,
Karen
