Thanks, Derek. Mail Fetcher is currently our recommended method for moving
mail, but it doesn't retain labels, so a lot of faculty/staff don't like
it. It also has a tendency to bomb out on a single unspecified message and
just give up, which isn't great. Other options we suggest are Google
Takeout and setting up both accounts in Thunderbird/Outlook/Whatever and
manually moving the messages over that way. None of these are elegant
solutions, and we end up having to provide a lot of hands-on help.
