We are using Portalguard for self service password reset. We are still just using the email functionality built into the product which they keep telling us it is not their supported configuration. I did integrate it with our phone system to give the people who couldn't receive emails to their phones the voice option for the OTP.

Hi all,
Is anyone else using Portal Guard for self-service password reset? If so, what SMS are you using? We are running into sporadic issues with users not receiving their OTP( one-time password) to their mobile phone.
