Hi Travis,

We've run into this issue on lower/basement levels of older dorms made of
solid stone and steel - even though we have a Verizon tower on campus, less
than half a mile away. In those cases, we've put landlines in student
rooms.

It's not a perfect solution. But like Steven Wright said: You can't have
everything. Where would you put it?
