I am looking for anyone that is successfully using Respondus Lock Down Browser with a Moodle Windows Server. We are using Moodle 2.2.3 on a Windows 2008 R2 Server. We have tried to install the Lock Down Browser, but have not been successful in getting it to work. When we perform a token test it return "no tokens added." We have been working with Respondus technical support and a representative had us check our settings, confirm firewall/proxy server settings and reinstall the product. In our most recent communication with a technician he asked that we download a "fresh" module and try re-installing again. Before we attempted another re-install I wanted to find out if anyone had a similar issue with this product and, if so, how did you resolve it.
Any help would be appreciated!
