We have chat support offered via Bomgar. The product is good, the
functionality is excellent. Chat is handled by the same student staff I
have on the phones.

All that said, we don't really push chat support that much. It's available
for those who find it, but we don't go out of our way to advertise it. Chat
support consists of less than 1% of our support requests.
