Subject: Panel Presentation/Discussion on client support of wireless network?
I’m looking to do a panel presentation/structured discussion at the Student Technology Conference at Purdue on the client side of supporting wireless. Last year we did a panel on just general wireless networking and I feel like the discussion was slightly torn between network engineers and client facing support agents. Since I fall more into the client facing support category I thought I would see if anyone would like to join me.
The discussion would be about the challenges we are facing concerning student/faculty/staff/visitor devices, BYOD, and how they are supported. We’ll lean more toward the client support and try to stay away from architecture, specific AP’s, and wireshark. Let me know if interested.
