Hi Becky,
We have several departments on campus that have Constant Contact licenses.
However, we have found Google Group from the Google Apps for Education
suite very effective as have many of departments particularly when emailing
to campus addresses. We have APIs in place to populate these lists based on
affiliations in LDAP (e.g., broad lits: students, staff, faculty) and based
upon Banner query statements (e.g., colleges lists for certain majors,
etc.).
