I just spoke to Brad Buckles at RIAA, site does not sound familiar :) I sent him the ARIN link and he's going to look into it and get back to me this morning. They have a new site called whymusicmatters.com which may be why campusdownloading is out of service.
I'll let everyone know what his response is.
