Andrew, I think remote Powershell may be my only option to export .PSTs - I=
can't find any other way to initiate it from the client side. I really th=
ink it'll be more trouble than it's worth!

There's always client-side export, then import later. Depending on your use=
r base, that could be a bit of a hassle or a multi-year effort. Good luck!

Hi Again, Bruce!
Thanks for always being there! :) I really don't have a problem with LIVE=
and now that we're in it, it's definitely easiest to maintain the status q=
uo, but I have a couple of hand wringers a little higher up the food chain!=
I can't find any way in LIVE to export a .PST- the only thing I haven't t=

if it would worth all the hassle!

Hi Deb,
I assume you could pull out of Live@Edu to a local exchange server and then=
port out to Google. That would involve some extra work, but does Microsoft=
make any transition away from their products easy?
Unfortunately, many vendors value locking customers in to their products by=
making it difficult to move to any better solution. Many times it pays to =
take the extra effort to escape the vendor lock-in.

Hello All!
I've checked the archives- although there are many discussions about the pr=
os and cons of Google vs Live@edu, there is nothing about my specific quest=
ion- likely because it's very specific. :) In light of the necessity to u=
pgrade to Office365 before September, the notion of moving to Google has su=
rfaced again. The path of least resistance for me is Office365, but I'm cu=
rious-
Has anyone migrated from Live@edu to Google? If so, why, when, how!? I ca=
n't find anything about pulling mail OUT of LIVE. If you've done this and =
don't mind sharing, please fill me in!
Thanks very much!
