I've used PaperCut, and currently administer Pharos. PaperCut is definitely=
cheaper, Pharos has a leg up in versatility, I believe. If you have simple=
needs. I've found support from both companies to be excellent.
If it's feasible, I'd strongly recommend looking at WEPA. We have some inte=
rnal hurdles to challenge before it is an option for us, but their sales te=
am has been very responsive. Any company that can provide the whole stack, =
drivers, server, accounting and printer, has a leg up on stability and reli=
ability. They have a compelling mobile print offering, and they only make m=
oney if their printers are working, so their support is profit driven.
