We are using Pharos Uniprint. It does mostly what we want, most of the
time. The experience has not been super-fantastically positive and we are
constantly looking at other solutions.
One of the solution we are seriously looking into (and since it hasn't yet
been mentioned) is WEPA <http://wepanow.com>. It is essentially outsourcing
print management. You might check it out.
