We use join.me.
Join.me is secure, has the option of a free version or paid. I think it is =
Mac friendly as well. Usually takes about 30 seconds to a minute to get con=
nected to the remote user. We like it.

We are looking for something like GoToMeeting, LogMeIn or TeamViewer to be =
able to assist users remotely.
It needs to be cross-platform (Mac & Windows), easy for the end user to use=
/allow the connection.
What do people use, like, or hate? (If you happen to be using LogMeIn, wh=
ich version do you use?)
