BOMGAR! Awesome people, great product. It is very flexible, can do chat, =
remote screen sharing, reverse screen sharing, file transfer, inventory, an=
d much more. Cross platform, and you can even remotely access a blackberry=
or rooted android. It can record your whole session, and even integrate w=
ith several ticketing systems to dump the logs. It works pretty well on po=
or connections too. We once remotely accessed a computer that was riding i=
n a car on a highway while tethered to a cell phone. We have also done sup=
port sessions in China and other foreign countries.

Wow, I got to rave about my two favorite products today. Cloudpath and Bom=
gar.

Subject: Remote control software?

We are looking for something like GoToMeeting, LogMeIn or TeamViewer to be =
able to assist users remotely.

It needs to be cross-platform (Mac & Windows), easy for the end user to use=
/allow the connection.

What do people use, like, or hate? (If you happen to be using LogMeIn, wh=
ich version do you use?)
