We have been long time users of LogMeIn Rescue.
Really have no complaints with the product. Sales has always been willing
to work with us in regards to renewing our annual subscription.
The only other product I would recommend is Bomgar. The product seems very
robust and flexible. If we ever decide to leave LMI Rescue, Bomgar would
probably be the alternative.
