We use Bomgar at Taylor University, as well, and have used it to support cl=
ients in China, Ecuador, and Ireland, as well as locally and across the Uni=
ted States.

We use Bomgar as well. You can use both the technician client and the suppo=

I have been using the free version of logmein, the only problem I have with=
it is that there is not a client to push to the machine you want to contro=
l, you (as the support tech) must physically install the client prior to su=
pport. In a previous position we used BOMGAR and although the startup is a=
bit expensive, it is a powerful tool that allows a client to be pushed to =
the users machine and gives full control easily.
