I have been using the free version of logmein, the only problem I have with
it is that there is not a client to push to the machine you want to
control, you (as the support tech) must physically install the client prior
to support. In a previous position we used BOMGAR and although the startup
is a bit expensive, it is a powerful tool that allows a client to be pushed
to the users machine and gives full control easily.
