We use TeamViewer to shadow machines that we support. While we do use it on=
primarily Windows machines, I have done some testing with the Mac quick-su=
pport client and it works quite well.

It works with MAC too. Never had an issue with Teamviewer.
If you are a google school and have g+ enabled another option is to have a =
google hangout and instruct the user to share their screen. You could not =
control it but you could talk them through what to do. I know sometimes pe=
ople can be paranoid about the remote control software so if they wanted to=
give you view access but not control, that might be an alternative.
