The solution is so simple its hard to understand why one would avoid it .... just install the Office 2010 fonts on the print server .... You know eventually some other font will have an issue too....

Hi all,
Monday we started having something odd happen with people printing through our Windows 2008 print server to Xerox printers using the Calibri (default) font in Office 2010. All of a sudden letters from the printed page have gone missing!

but my guess is we would have started seeing this over a year ago when we started deploying Office 2010. Before I go trying any of the suggestions mentioned in the URL above I wanted to see if anyone out there has experienced the same thing recently?
