We have a posting for a tier one position up now at http://albany.interview=
exchange.com/jobofferdetails.jsp?JOBID=3D35679 (if anyone is interested, it=
should be open to external applicants shortly).
Our escalation points are on other teams such as desktop support, advanced =
Blackboard support, or our systems groups, so we don't really have technici=
an levels as you described, but specialization.
