Absolutely!!! I think this is an extremely important point. If plenty of excess
conduit, riser and cable tray capacity is present, it doesn't matter what the
next rage is ten years from now: it'll be easy to install. The worst problem I
deal with is buildings which were recently renovated or wired with lousy cable
and have no spare conduits or pathways to install new cable.
