Sassafras Software, the distributors of KeyServer for the Macintosh, will be
extending functionality of that product so that it can also work with Windows
software. That version should be coming out very shortly, and we're hoping
to use it here at MIT so that we can deliver software for both platforms to
students in our dormitories and independent living groups. Students would
download "crippled" versions of the software using FTP, and KeyServer would
limit the number of copies in use for a particular product at any one time.
