residence hall wiring

We are considering implementing residence hall wiring in our next academic year.
I have been asked by my administration to try and determine of the universities
(primarily private,liberal arts institutions) that are networking their
residence halls...which are wiring to the room and which are providing a lab
within the residence hall.
Please reply to this message and let me know which method you are using. Please
let me know whether or not you are from a private, liberal arts institution as
well.
