MIT is also planning to serve some Mac and Windows applications to students
under their Resnet project once we can work out the details. This would be
mainly software used for academic subjects, such as Maple and Matlab, rather
than things like Microsoft Word, which we expect students to provide for
themselves. We will also be providing access to home-brewed courseware,
handouts, etc.
