I concur with a summer date. We are just finishing up our pilot
project at the Univeristy of Illinois. Chris Gressley provided a
good mid-pilot summary to the newsgroup. I would like to have a good
post-pilot report for everyone in the not too distant future. There
are a few things I would like to change from how they were approached
in the pilot; external adapters being one of them.

I would be more than happy to share what we learned from our project.

I may have missed some of the earlier discussions as to where this might
happen, who would host it, etc, due my tardy enlistment in this mailing
list. Could someone please send me a little note to fill me in on the
particulars?

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. And, to
flog a dead metaphor, if you hold its nose under the water, it will
either kick the daylights out of you or drown, neither being a desirable
outcome.
