LiveJournal accused of diverting/stealing affiliate links and income

I seem to be a bit late to this story, since it didn't ping my radar
initially, but on its face from what I'm seeing now the actions
described strike me as unethical, if not illicit. Let the courts make
the determination about the latter, perhaps.

there is strong language to be seen, so be warned.
It seems to me that if an ISP was doing something like this
they'd be pilloried, then drawn and quartered.
